BOCES REQUIREMENTS
BOCES will enforce paperwork deadlines, so submit "additional fee" requests (late fees, for example) promptly or you won't get paid! The forms are available at the BOCES website (See "PROFESSIONAL LINKS", below).
Officials must keep thier availability up to date with BOCES. Online officials need to update their availability on line, even if there is no change. To do this, log on to the BOCES website, click "Availability", and click "Update".
RECRUIT OFFICIALS
We are always in need of new officials. You can help in a couple of ways. At sporting events be alert for opportunities to talk about becoming an official. (Sometimes parents, coaches, or players may express an interest). When you talk with friends, be sure to find out if they might be interested in becoming a sports official. If they would, give them contact information for your sports chair.

(opposite the Cortlandt Town Center Mall, on Rt. 6)
The meeting is mandatory for all members.
The fine for non-attendance is $40.
Prior notification to the Executive Committee will avoid the fine.
Dues must be received prior to the meeting.
At our 2009 meeting, the members approved some changes to our Constitution and By-Laws. The changes are highlighted in the online document Constitution and By-Laws
