This is the website of the Hudson Valley Board of Officials in New York State.  Our board provides officiating services to the Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES), Section One, for High School Girls' softball, volleyball, and gymnastics.

Section One includes the counties of Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, and Dutchess.

                 We are serious about safety
Safety is the prime concern in officiating any sport.  No official should work under conditions that are unsafe for the players, officials, spectators, or anyone else.  When in doubt we should always err on the safe side.  When conditions are unsafe an official should call BOCES right away, let them know about the situation, and seek their guidance.
